Indoor Power Walk/Gentle Yoga

FREE FRIDAYS!
Class will start with a 20 minute Indoor power walk. This is a low impact, Fat Burning, get your heart rate up walk! Choose just the Power Walk, just the Gentle Yoga, or both!
The indoor walk will be followed by 40 minutes of Gentle Yoga. No Yoga experience needed. Bring your own Yoga mat. Other recommended yoga props: 2 blocks, a blanket and a bolster. Yoga props help us have access to getting into poses!
Taught by Elizabeth Daza, a 5O0 hour Certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist.
